Quarantine: What to Do?

During the lock down period it is essential to stay at home and save yourself from the deadly virus. Even if you have a high immunity you may carry the virus and spread the disease in your family and community. As every cloud has a silver lining, we can use this time for self development. Here is a list of activities suggested by TSS team which may help you become a better version of yourself once you come out of the lockdown. 

Let's Do it Together

Looking at the widespread fear of Covid-19, The Government of India  has  declared lockdown in the Entire Country. This lock down may increase as per the prevailing conditions. Let’s not worry and let us motivate ourselves and start developing a habit or complete to do something which has been on our to do list since a long time and for those  who don’t know what to do we have a few Ideas for them.

1.Lets exercise for at least 30 mins. a day.

2. Lets complete one Novel

3. Write your Travel Story

4. Learn How to Cook and if you know make a meal every day

5. Wish everyone  on Birthdays and anniversaries

6.Reconnect with old friends , talk your heart out and Promise them to stay in touch

7. Pursue your hobby : it may be anything from writing, reading or listening to music

8. Contemplate and make your future plan for up to 10 Years.

9. Take Care of your Health, because “Health is Wealth”

10.Take a look at your past photo album and upload them on social media
