Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Kathgodam to Pithoragarh
- We will start from Kathgodam/Haldwani and visit Bhimtal.
- Visit Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, followed by Golu Devta Temple and Jageshwar Temple.
- Proceed to Pithoragarh.
- Stay: Hotel on twin/triple/quad-sharing basis.
- Meals: dinner.
Day 2: Pithoragarh to Dharchula
- After breakfast, depart for Dharchula.
- Upon arrival, complete the paperwork for the Inner Line Permit (ILP).
- Complete the mandatory medical check-up at the government hospital, subject to administrative guidelines.
- The Inner Line Permit is required as the route passes along the Nepal border.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 3: Dharchula to Gunji / Napalchu
- Early morning departure for Napalchu, a beautiful Himalayan village.
- En route, pass through scenic villages like Chialekh and Garbyang.
- Complete the Inner Line Permit (ILP) check at Gunji.
- Keep your Aadhaar card or passport handy for verification.
- Visit Manokamna Temple and explore Nabi Village on foot.
Day 4: Gunji / Napalchu to Om Parvat
- After breakfast, proceed towards Om Parvat.
- Witness the naturally formed ॐ symbol on the mountain.
- Enjoy darshan and meditation at Om Parvat.
- En route, visit Nabhi Parvat and proceed to Kalapani.
- Attend the Group Havan Puja.
- Visit Kali Mandir and Vyas Gufa.
Day 5: Gunji / Napalchu to Jolingkong – Adi Kailash
- Early morning departure from Gunji/Napalchu for Adi Kailash.
- En route, witness the scenic views of Kunti Parvat, Pandav Fort and Brahma Parvat.
- Visit Adi Kailash Temple for darshan and prayers.
- Explore the beautiful surroundings of Pandava Parvat and Parvati Mukut.
- Enjoy the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes.
Day 6: Gunji / Napalchu to Dharchula via Chaukori
- After breakfast, depart for Dharchula via Chaukori.
- Enjoy a scenic journey through the beautiful Himalayan routes.
- Reach Chaukori and check in to the hotel.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Chaukori.
Day 7: Chaukori to Bhimtal
- After breakfast, depart for Patal Bhuvaneshwar, where we will visit the famous cave temple.
- Explore the naturally formed cave featuring formations resembling the Chhota Char Dham, Amarnath and Shivalinga.
- After the visit, proceed towards Bhimtal.
- Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Bhimtal.
Day 8: Bhimtal to Kathgodam
- After breakfast, depart from Bhimtal for Kathgodam.
- Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Kumaon region.
- Arrive at Kathgodam railway station for your onward journey.

- Inner Line Permits (ILP) are mandatory for restricted areas and will be arranged as per the applicable requirements.
- Mobile network connectivity may be limited in remote areas.
- Accommodation will be provided on a twin, triple or quad-sharing basis, as per the package.
- Meals will be pure vegetarian and served as per the itinerary.
- Follow the guide's instructions and respect local customs and traditions.
- Any additional expenses due to delays, route changes or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
- Mount Kailash darshan from a distance is subject to Lipulekh Pass permissions and may require additional days and charges.
- Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for permit processing and verification.
- The itinerary may be modified if required due to unavoidable circumstances.

The payment can either be made in cash or through an electronic transfer NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ / Debit Card / Credit Card /Razor Pay Link etc. The percentage of amount to be refunded in case of cancellation is mentioned in cancellation policy
Cancellation Policies for Tours
Case 1 : If the tour is cancelled by The Searching Souls
(a) In case the Tour is cancelled by the Searching Souls due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, Road block, natural calamity, landslides etc we will provide a Getaway Coupon where you can opt for the same or different getaway Destination for a period of one year. In case you want to change the Getaway destination the amount you paid will be deducted if the new getaway Destination cost is greater then the cancelled Destination Cost.
Case 2 : If the Tour is cancelled by the customer
(a) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer prior to 90 days of booking date – 100% of total package cost will be refunded
(c) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer between 0-90 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.
Note : In Case of seat transfer to a friend
(a) You can anytime transfer your seat to your friend but he / she has to fulfill all the formalities before the day of the Event.
(b) Replacement would not be applicable on any public transport booked for original participant, in that case booking for new member has to be done again.
Refunds are initiated and will reach to your account between 1 -14 working days of cancellation
