Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar Arrival
- Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative.
- Transfer to your hotel in Srinagar.
- Check in, relax and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing.
- Visit Jamia Masjid, Old City, local markets and traditional Kashmiri areas, subject to availability of time.
- In the evening, enjoy a 1-hour Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, preferably around sunset and subject to weather conditions
- check in to the houseboat.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay on the houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg for a full-day sightseeing excursion.
- Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and explore the surrounding landscapes.
- Gulmarg Gondola Ride: Available on a direct payment basis and not included in the package cost.
- The ride is subject to weather conditions and operational availability.
- After sightseeing, return to Srinagar.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Pahalgam Day Trip
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Pahalgam.
- Explore Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari, subject to weather and road conditions.
- Return to Srinagar in the evening.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Sonamarg Excursion
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg.
- Enjoy the scenic beauty of the valley and surrounding mountains.
- A glacier visit is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility and local regulations.
- Return to Srinagar in the evening.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Srinagar Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Proceed to Srinagar Airport for your departure as per your flight schedule.
- With beautiful memories of Kashmir, your trip comes to an end.

- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Travel time may vary due to hill roads, traffic and weather conditions.
- Vehicles may not be permitted in certain restricted areas such as Mall Road; guests may need to walk or use local transport.
- Sightseeing may be changed or cancelled due to bad weather, road conditions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Kufri, Narkanda and other high-altitude areas may experience sudden weather changes.
- Adventure activities, horse riding, snow activities and other optional activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, tips, shopping and extra meals are not included.
- Any extra charges arising due to additional services will be payable by the guest

Note: One must transfer at least 30 Percent advance to confirm their booking The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival/Day of commencement of the trip. The payment can either be made in cash or through an electronic transfer NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ / Debit Card / Credit Card /Razor Pay Link etc. The percentage of amount to be refunded in case of cancellation is mentioned in cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policies for Tours
Case 1 : If the tour is cancelled by The Searching Souls
(a) In case the Tour is cancelled by the Searching Souls due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, Road block, natural calamity, landslides etc we will provide a Getaway Coupon where you can opt for the same or different getaway Destination for a period of one year. In case you want to change the Getaway destination the amount you paid will be deducted if the new getaway Destination cost is greater then the cancelled Destination Cost.
Case 2 : If the Tour is cancelled by the customer
(a) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer prior to 90 days of booking date – 100% of total package cost will be refunded
(c) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer between 0-90 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.
Note : In Case of seat transfer to a friend
(a) You can anytime transfer your seat to your friend but he / she has to fulfill all the formalities before the day of the Event.
(b) Replacement would not be applicable on any public transport booked for original participant, in that case booking for new member has to be done again.
Refunds are initiated and will reach to your account between 1 -14 working days of cancellation.
