Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Overnight Drive to Shimla
Day 2: Shimla to Yulla khas
- Arrive in Shimla around 6:00 – 7:00 AM.
- Take a short break for breakfast and rest in Shimla
- 8-9 hours drive passing through Narkanda and Rampur
- Reach yulla khas around 4:00- 5:00 pm.
- Check in at the homestay for an Overnight stay.
Day 3: Trek to Krishna temple & back to camps
- Leave for the trek after breakfast
- 12 Km trek to Lord Krishna’s Temple
- Reach the temple by early afternoon and relax amidst the Peaceful Surroundings
Day 4: Trek to Yulla Khas, Drive To Shimla & Return to Delhi
- Start the day with a scenic trek through the beautiful Himalayan surroundings.
- Return to Yulla Khas and have breakfast before starting the drive.
- Drive towards Shimla and continue the journey to Delhi.
- Arrival at Delhi around 5:00 AM on Day 4

There are few Points that must be addressed and kept in mind for the Tour. Please note them and follow the same.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Travel time may vary due to hill roads, traffic and weather conditions.
- Vehicles may not be permitted in certain restricted areas such as Mall Road; guests may need to walk or use local transport.
- Sightseeing may be changed or cancelled due to bad weather, road conditions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Kufri, Narkanda and other high-altitude areas may experience sudden weather changes.
- Adventure activities, horse riding, snow activities and other optional activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, tips, shopping and extra meals are not included.
- Any extra charges arising due to additional services will be payable by the guest

Note: One must transfer at least Rs 2000 Per Person to confirm their booking The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival/Day of commencement of the trip. The payment can either be made in cash or through an electronic transfer NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ / Debit Card / Credit Card /Razor Pay Link etc. The percentage of amount to be refunded in case of cancellation is mentioned in cancellation policy
Cancellation Policies for Tours
Case 1 : If the tour is cancelled by The Searching Souls
(a) In case the Tour is cancelled by the Searching Souls due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, Road block, natural calamity, landslides etc we will provide a Getaway Coupon where you can opt for the same or different getaway Destination for a period of one year. In case you want to change the Getaway destination the amount you paid will be deducted if the new getaway Destination cost is greater then the cancelled Destination Cost.
Case 2 : If the Tour is cancelled by the customer
(a) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer prior to 90 days of booking date – 100% of total package cost will be refunded
(c) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer between 0-90 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.
Note : In Case of seat transfer to a friend
(a) You can anytime transfer your seat to your friend but he / she has to fulfill all the formalities before the day of the Event.
(b) Replacement would not be applicable on any public transport booked for original participant, in that case booking for new member has to be done again.
Refunds are initiated and will reach to your account between 1 -14 working days of cancellation
