Lohajung is located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. The town is a small, beautiful village where one can find good options for stays along with local and Himalayan cuisine. By Road
Lohajung is well connected by road to major cities in Uttarakhand. Buses and taxis are available from places like Dehradun, Rishikesh, and Kathgodam. There are only 3–4 government buses available from these places, with the last bus departing around 8 PM. Another option is to take shared taxis, which run until 8 AM and usually charge around ₹1,000–1,200 per person.
