Cancellation Policies for Treks 

Case 1: If the trek is cancelled by The Searching Souls

(a) In case the trek is cancelled by the Searching Souls due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, Road block, natural calamity, landslides etc we will provide a trek Coupon where you can opt for the same trek or a different for a period of one year. in case you want to change the trek the amount you paid will be deducted if the new trek cost is greater then the cancelled trek and if the new trek cost is less the remaining amount will be refunded.

(b) In Case of Booking of less than 3 members and the trek is cancelled due to no further trekker available, the customer will get full refund and will get a discount coupon of 10% having validity for a year.

Case 2 : If the trek is cancelled by the customer

(a) If the trek is cancelled by the customer prior to 30 days of booking date – 100 % of the total trek fee will be refunded i.e. no cancellation Fees.

(b) If the trek is cancelled by the customer between 15-30 days of booking date a voucher of equivalent amount will be given to customers valid for 1 year

(c) If the trek is cancelled by the customer between 1-15 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Policies for Tours

Case 1 : If the tour is cancelled by The Searching Souls

(a) In case the Tour is cancelled by the Searching Souls due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, Road block, natural calamity, landslides etc we will provide a Getaway Coupon where you can opt for the same or different getaway Destination for a period of one year. In case you want to change the Getaway destination the amount you paid will be deducted if the new getaway Destination cost is greater then the cancelled Destination Cost.

Case 2 : If the Tour is cancelled by the customer

(a) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer prior to 90 days of booking date – 100% of total package cost will be refunded

(c) If the Tour is cancelled by the customer between 0-90 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.

Note : In Case of seat transfer to a friend

(a) You can anytime transfer your seat to your friend but he / she has to fulfill all the formalities before the day of the Event.

(b) Replacement would not be applicable on any public transport booked for original participant, in that case booking for new member has to be done again.

Refunds are initiated and will reach to your account between 1 -14 working days of cancellation
