- Can I change my gear size if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. When you try on your rented gear on the trail, our team will help you exchange it for a different size on the spot, depending on availability.
- Can I cancel my online rental booking on the spot?
Yes, you can cancel your online rental booking right away. Any applicable amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Are the rented items clean and hygienic?
Yes, absolutely. Every piece of rental gear, especially jackets, backpacks, and shoes, is thoroughly cleaned, washed after every single trek.
- Is there a security deposit for rented gear?
No, there is no security deposit required. You only need to make the full payment for the rented gear at the time of booking.
- Do I need to return the rental gear?
Yes. All rented items must be returned to our trek leader at the end of the trek in good condition.
- What happens if an item is lost or damaged during the trek?
If case any defect is found in any item you need to pay for that item and you can keep it with you, and if you lost an item then you need to pay the complete price of that particular item.
